Wedding Day Hair Preparation Guide

From Your Salon Team:

We’re so excited to be part of your special day! To help everything go smoothly, here are a few suggestions from us:

Before the Wedding Day
  • Please confirm the final list of everyone receiving hair services (bride, bridesmaids, mothers, flower girls).
  • Share any inspiration photos with us ahead of time so we can be fully prepared.
  • If you’re wearing a veil, tiara, or hairpiece, please bring it to your trial and to your appointment on the wedding day.
  • If you’ll be using clip-in extensions, padding, or additional hair, bring those with you as well.
  • We recommend washing and drying your hair the night before (unless we’ve given you different instructions).
  • Wear a button-down shirt, robe, or something that can be removed without going over your head.
What to Bring With You
  • Veil, tiara, combs, or other hair accessories.
  • Jewelry you'll be wearing so we can style your hair to complement it.
  • Touch-up products if you'd like (bobby pins, hairspray, or dry shampoo) — though we'll prepare your hair to last all day.
  • A phone charger, small snack, and bottled water to keep you feeling great.
Timing & Schedule
  • Please arrive on time so we can keep the schedule running smoothly.
  • We'll style the bride second-to-last so your look is fresh but never rushed.
  • Coordinate your makeup schedule with your hair appointment so the two don't overlap.
  • Leave a little extra buffer time for dressing and travel. At the Salon (or On-Site).
  • We'll do a quick consultation before starting to make sure you're comfortable with your look.
  • We'll secure your veil or headpiece and show your bridal party how to remove it safely if needed.
  • We'll check your hair from every angle so you're picture-perfect.
  • We'll provide tips for touch-ups and make sure your bridal party hair looks cohesive and polished.
