My name is Isabella Weissers, I started assisting here at A Finished Appearance at the end of May 2025 and began my career starting at NWC&TC in the middle of my freshmen year.

The cosmetology industry has always been something that interests me, even from a young age. I have always loved the feeling of stepping into a salon, watching everything going on, hoping someday I could be the one behind the chair. I love everything, but my main goal is to work solely on hair when I'm older. I'm ready. Being in that environment there are many of my co-workers who inspire me each day and who I hope to become as well skilled and determined as they are. As an assistant, it's not just about picking up hair and shampooing but I have learned so much just by watching what all the girls do there and they really inspire me to keep going. I will be starting the associate program soon!
