We will strive to always work with our customers. Once an order is placed and paid for, it can no longer be cancelled for ready to go food and pre-orders. Nevertheless, we will issue you a store credit or coupon equaling the amount of food purchased excluding any applicable charges or taxes that can be used for future orders.
Food ordered, paid for and received can not be returned. If you have any issue concerning your order, kindly give us a call at 469-678-6034 or email us at info@aronafoodplace.com to inform us of the issue to enable us to resolve the problem.
We have pick-up and delivery options. At the time of placing the order, customers need to specify the option needed for proper processing. If a customer selects the pick-up option, it is very important to specify the date and time. When the order is placed and ready, they will receive a notification by text/email that their order is ready for pick up. For delivery orders, customers need to provide a complete address, including phone number, email address and pay the delivery charges. When the order is ready, picked up, in transit and delivered, you will be notified. If you opt for any of the third-party delivery services like UberEATS, Door Dash etc., make sure you pay the applicable delivery charges.
