Favorite type of haircut?

Anything with movement! I love layers, texture, and fringe that show off a client’s style and personality.

Favorite color service to perform? Why?

Blondes will forever have my heart. There’s so much creativity in today’s industry with blonding, no two blondes look the same and I love the idea of creating a signature look for every client that sits in my chair

What’s your most memorable moment with a client?

I had a client come in with hair that she just did not love and left her feeling “blah”. After listening to what she was looking for, we got to work on creating the most beautiful dimensional blonde. The day after she came in, she called me with happy tears because she felt such a burst of confidence after her hair appointment that she quit her job she hated, applied to law school, and totally leveled-up her life. She’s now practicing law and has totally transformed her life and is the happiest I’ve ever seen her. She still jokes about how her whole life changed because of some highlights and a haircut.

What’s something that few people may know about you?

I think Shamu is absolutely terrifying.

What do you want to be known for within this industry?

I want to be the stylist who’s clients can fully trust her. Whether that be from color choice to haircare, it’s important to me that you feel like its all coming from a professional with your best intentions in mind. I want you to love the way you look, because feeling good about yourself helps you live a more fulfilling life. It isn’t just hair, it’s self-expression. I want to be the stylist who’s clients leave feeling on top of the world.
