Hi, I'm Allison, founder and owner of Curl Evolution. For the past 20 years, I've dedicated my career to helping people embrace, understand, and love their natural curls.

As a curl specialist, educator, author, and product developer, I've built Curl Evolution into one of New York's leading destinations for curly hair, serving thousands of clients and helping train both stylists and consumers in the art and science of curl care.

Education has always been at the heart of what I do. I've taught curl-focused classes to cosmetology students, salon professionals, and curly-haired individuals, sharing the knowledge and techniques needed to achieve healthy, beautiful curls.

My mission is simple: to help every client leave feeling confident, empowered, and equipped with the skills to care for their curls long after they leave the salon. Through innovative cutting techniques, personalized curl education, and a commitment to raising industry standards, I continue to dvocate for better curl care and education for both clients and stylists alike.
