Alicia Rosado is the CEO, Co-Founder , & creative force at Educe Salon.

Alicia is the strategic voice and engine behind Educe Salon, she is driven, and deeply creative. With 15+ years behind the chair, and 29 + years in the industry she brings a deep understanding of both hair , the hairdresser, and Salon ownership / Leadership. Alicia leads with high standards and clear expectations, but always with heart. She believes in direct conversations, accountability, and setting a strong culture that builds careers- not just clientele. As a business owner, mentor, and industry voice, her mission is simple: raise the bar, stay real, and never stop evolving. Alicia is passionate about growth- in Business , in people, and in purpose.

Alicia has been committed to not just curating and executing a vision for the company, but also to working on personal development to be a better leader to her team. She believes the best version of any-one’s self is yet to be, and encourages her team to grow not only professionally but personally.
