Cancellation Policy


To ensure that we, Elevate Salon, can best accommodate our clients, we are implementing a cancelation policy effective immediately. If you should cancel, reschedule, or no show your appointment three times, we will kindly require a credit card on file for any future bookings. Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge of the scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to provide the best experience for everyone!
