As a Master Colorist and Director of Education at Luscious & Co in Shelton, CT, Gianna is known for her sunny energy, her creative eye for color, and her deep dedication to mentorship and education. Her work reflects everything we value most at Luscious & Co — compassion, transparency, and care that goes beyond the chair.
Gianna’s story is one of resilience and inspiration. What began as a personal outlet after a challenging season in her life became a lifelong passion for beauty and creativity. From her early days experimenting with color to her leadership role at Luscious & Co, Gianna has always brought curiosity, courage, and connection to everything she does.
In her Beauty Launchpad interview, Gianna shared heartfelt gratitude for her mentor, Liz Arrindell, calling her “the most tactful, selfless, and fierce leader.” Gianna also highlighted her passion for education, saying that helping others “make it make sense” is one of her proudest achievements.
