Salon fee

A $10.00 standard salon fee is applied to every visit.

Booking suggestions

• It is always helpful to book at least a week or two in advance to ensure your desired date and time.
• All haircuts and color services should be maintained every 6-8 weeks

Color Blow Dry Policy

To best showcase your color results, we recommend booking a blow-dry with your color service at our promotional rate starting at only $50. The blow dry will allow you to fully experience the shine, tone, and richness of your color or highlights.

Commitment to excellence

At Salon 689, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact our Salon Manager within seven (7) days of your visit so we may provide any necessary adjustments.

Specialty service & Event Deposits 

To secure your 689 Experts or reserve dates for private events, the following deposits below are required. These deposits will be applied toward your final balance.   

     

• As a new client a credit card is required to secure and finalize your initial booking.
• Hair Extensions: A $500 deposit is required.
• Wig Services: A 50% deposit is required.
• Keratin Treatments: A 50% deposit is required.
• Bridal Parties: All wedding events, whether hosted in-salon or on-site, require a 50% deposit.
• Off-Site House Calls: All concierge and house call services require a 50% deposit.

Cancellation policy: 

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling is requested. Please note that deposits are forfeited in the event of a same-day cancellation or a no-show.
