The Shine Society membership is offered to our most valued customers of Salon Savoir. goods and services. These terms and conditions form the agreement between each customer that participates in Shine Society (known as a “Member”) and Salon Savoir. Salon Savoir reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to adopt additional rules, regulations, policies, or procedures affecting Shine Society and to terminate Shine Society or a Member’s membership at any time for any reason without prior written notice. By participating in Shine Society, Member agrees to these terms and conditions. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about Shine Society terms and conditions. Members agree to pay the monthly rate and tax where applicable to participate in Shine Society.
Memberships in Shine Society entitles each Member to a variety of benefits, including the following:
The Single Level Membership: 1 blowout per month, 10% off hair services & products (in-store only), and 1 anniversary gift.
The Double Level Membership: 2 blowouts per month, 10% off hair services & products (in-store only), 1 anniversary gift, 1 free add-on a month and 1 “gifted” blowout. At the Double Level, add-ons do not accumulate and must be used within 30 days.
If a Member has any type of hair extensions, a $25 extension fee will be applied to each blowout.
Gratuities on services are not included in the monthly price. Discounts on products and tools apply to in-store purchases only. Discounts and membership blowouts are non-transferrable and can only be used by Member, except in the case of a “gifted” Blowout where the Member must be present. To redeem membership blowouts and/or discounts, Members must provide their name and identify themselves as a Shine Society Member. Any attempt to transfer benefits under Shine Society may result in automatic cancellation of membership. Salon Savoir reserves the right to request proper identification from a Member before providing discounts or blowouts under Shine Society.
Members also agree to allow Salon Savoir to communicate via mail, email, phone (including text messages), external websites and various other channels. Salon Savoir may use these channels to communicate with Member about account status, program changes, Related Rules, special offers or promotions, or other matters Salon Savoir believes may be of interest to Member.
Membership can be canceled at any time, without penalty. Memberships must be canceled by submitting a cancellation request via email to salonsavoirsd@gmail.com with the subject line “CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP” at least 72 hours prior to the next monthly payment date, or other notice as required by law. Cancellation will go into effect 3 business days/72 hours minimum and may take up to 10 days after Operator receives notice.
Unused blowouts “rollover” month-to-month and never expire while the Shine Society Membership is active. Unused blowouts, add-ons and discounts have no cash value. Any unused blowouts must be redeemed within 60 days of membership cancellation or they will expire forever. Member is not entitled to redeem unused blowouts, add-ons or discounts for cash or store credit and Member is not entitled to a refund for any unused blowouts, add-ons or discounts at any time during membership or upon cancellation.
The membership fees will recur monthly until canceled by the member. Each Member agrees and understands that the Member’s credit card will automatically be charged the applicable monthly fee for the Member’s membership level. It is each Member’s responsibility to keep Salon Savoir informed of accurate billing information. The monthly fee will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made. If Salon Savoir terminates Shine Society or a Member’s membership in Shine Society, the Member’s credit card will not be charged for the next billing period and the terms applicable to cancel memberships will apply. If a Member upgrades the Member’s membership level, any unused blowouts will roll over to the upgraded membership and the new monthly membership fee will be charged automatically to the authorized credit card.
