At DBK Hair Studio, we work together as a team to not only meet your expectations, but to exceed them. We have a level system for our team of stylists, and it accomplishes two main goals. The first is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our team members. The second is to provide several options to our guests so that they may choose the level that best fits their needs and budget.

The service provider's level of competency or creativity is not necessarily related to the years of experience he or she has. This is a common misconception. Our system offers levels ranging from Level 1 to 4AA. Level 1 stylists may have years of experience to offer, however, may be new to the area or may be joining our team after an internship with us. A Level 4AA stylist will have a well-developed client base; they move up levels based on demand and the services they provide.
