Each has already graduated beauty school and earned their license — our program is where they refine their craft, elevate technique, and earn what we consider their master’s degree in hairdressing.

While supporting our senior team, they advance through Educe’s immersive associate program developing expertise in color, cutting, styling, and exceptional client care.
