Salon Policy

Total Price Amounts shown via the online booking portal reflect starting prices only. The actual service price necessary for pursuing a desired look will be discussed during the in-person consultation at the onset of the reservation.
Duration of appointment reservations displayed on the online booking portal are estimates and may need to be extended.



We will gladly adjust any service you receive within one week of the original visit. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your service. No refunds or credits for service will be given but our stylists will ensure you are 100% satisfied with your result.



Wearing your favorite shirt or dress? Make sure to change into a smock prior to a service. Jungle Red Salon will not be held liable for damaged clothing and accessories.



Unused or slightly used Haircare products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a credit refund, exchange or store credit. Facial care products, hairbrushes and tools may not be returned.

No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Card must be present for redemption.



Cancellation Statement

Some specialty services have a strict and enforced 48 hour advanced notice policy. Late cancellations/rescheduling of these services will result in a 50% service charge based on the anticipated service and "No-shows" will be subject to a 100% service charge. These services are as follows:

  • Full Set of Eyelash Extensions
  • Brazilian Blowout Smoothing Treatment
  • Hair Extension Application
  • Microblading/Powder Brows

Your appointment is very important to our team at Jungle Red, and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling for all other services.

If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or "no-show" your appointment, you will be subject to a 50% service charge based on the anticipated service.

In some instances, we may require a deposit for reserving future appointments.
