With over 23 years in business, our salons are proudly owned by Scott and Michelle Shelton—visionaries dedicated to excellence, education, and elevated guest experiences. Michelle brings nearly 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, beginning her career at DiVersa in Long Beach. She quickly built a thriving business through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for every guest. After three successful years, the couple took the next step and opened Bella Salon of Naples.

Scott & Michelle later expanded their vision by opening Dean Anthony Salon, which has been serving guests since 2006.

From day one, Scott and Michelle have placed education at the core of their mission. Their commitment to advanced training and mentorship has helped shape the next generation of stylists—many of whom have gone on to excel and lead successful careers after learning from the very best.

In 2014, they opened Salon Drew in Los Alamitos, and in 2020, relocated the salon to its current home at the Long Beach Exchange. Each salon reflects their passion for artistry, growth, and exceptional service. The salon names themselves hold special meaning, lovingly inspired by their two children.

Michelle continues to travel the world for advanced education, bringing the latest techniques, trends, and innovations back to the team—ensuring guests receive world-class service rooted in continual learning.

As a luxury salon, we are proud to offer an elevated, thoughtful experience from the moment you arrive. Guests are warmly greeted by our front desk coordinators and invited to enjoy a complimentary beverage selection including water, soda, tea, coffee, wine, beer, and champagne. During processing services, guests are also treated to curated snacks for added comfort.
