Meet Janet, Originally from Long Island, NY, Janet has been in the beauty industry since 2000. She began her career as a color specialist before discovering a passion for education, leading in-salon training and mentoring stylists for more than 20 years. Through teaching, she naturally stepped into salon leadership, a role she has embraced for nearly two decades.
Today, Janet continues to work behind the chair while investing in the growth of her team. She believes learning never stops and is passionate about helping guests feel confident while creating an environment where beauty professionals are inspired to grow, collaborate, and thrive.
