At Scarborough’s, we provide our professionals with access to the finest training, state-of-the-art facilities, new products and valuable education.
Stylist Training Program

Our entry-level stylists (associates) begin with a one-year training program that takes their education to the next level. Associates attend classes led by our Education team to learn Scarborough’s technique and common language of offering and delivering extraordinary services. Outside of attending core classes, the associate assists our top performing hair stylists. This is where they receive hands-on education in technique, formulation, creative artistry, and communication. The associate will also have an opportunity to work on live models weekly.

Our Education team serves as mentors and educators to aspiring hair professionals and teach internally for Scarborough’s.

Spa Training Program

Experience unmatched training from our Spa Advancement Team, which is made up of a core group of nail, skin, and massage professionals that excel in their field. A structured training manual guides the trainer and trainee through a specific set of classes and then the trainee must complete individual models. Model evaluations are thoroughly reviewed, as the trainee must meet brand expectations before being opened to service guests.

Established Hire

Build on the skills you have and continue to grow at Scarborough’s. We encourage anyone with previous work experience to apply for our accelerated hair or spa training program. We know how eager you are to make the most of your career, so we have expedited our training program for experienced professionals grow their careers at an elite level and become a part of our team. You’ll be given the opportunity to spend time in the salon with some of our top stylists, which is a key factor to success in integrating into the salon.
